Everyone’s experience with end-of-life, grief and loss, and pet loss are unique. There’s no ‘right’ way to move through any of them. We are often told we should be ‘over it by now’, or our lost pet was ‘just a dog/cat etc’ or that we are overreacting. We can feel unseen, unheard and that our feelings don’t matter.
Passionate about providing the right support for end-of-life, grief and loss, and pet loss, my own journey in these areas began at a very young age. A qualified, registered counsellor, end-of-life doula and animal companion doula, I have completed additional training in grief and loss, and pet loss. My combined lived experience and training allow me to offer informed, grounded, and compassionate support to clients as they navigate their individual journeys.
In our work together, you’re encouraged to take things at your own pace, in a way that feels right for you. You will be gently supported to share your story, honour your loved one and move toward a sense of calm and understanding.
